Essential Add-On for MK2/MK3

I bought this kit primarily for the extension hose. My MK2 is very close to my CPAP machine so I don't currently need the sensor extension. You NEED this hose and the cleaning brush! I have had so many issues with the hose getting kinked and restricting water flow. This hose is reinforced right where you need it to be at the ends. Plus, the extra length makes it so much better to place your equipment wherever you want without worrying about everything reaching.

I had a terrible bacterial bloom in my MK2, the hose, and the CPAP reservoir. A mosquito was drawn to the UV light and died in the water chamber of my MK2. I assume this is what caused the bacterial bloom. It was a nightmare. Everything was easy to clean - except the hose. Ugh! I was blasting the hose with CPAP cleaner tablets, soapy water soaks, but the final cure was blasting OxiClean through it (DO NOT DO THIS). I know this damages silicone due to the oxidation, but I was desperate. Now that I have the cleaning brush in this kit, I can clean it properly with just soapy water and not worry about degrading the silicone hose.

Overall, I highly recommend this kit. It is a great addition to your MK2/MK3 setup.

Major Improvement Over Prior Clips!

If you have the old sensor clips, run don't walk, to the CSpring store and get these clips. The old ones were a notorious pain in the caboose. They were impossible to close, impossible to keep closed, and they wouldn't stay in place. These new clips fix every single issue with the old ones. I very highly recommend them!

Heavy Duty Filtration

I got the chance to review this CSpring filtration system, and it works great.

Installation is a breeze. Just be careful removing the old filter cover. I broke mine on my ResMed AirSense 11. You just remove the adhesive strip cover and insert the filter housing.

How does it work? Great! Day one it had a "clean" smell to it. I can't really explain it beyond that. It wasn't chemical or fragrant. Just smelled cleaner. After day one I sensed no smell whether good or bad - just zero odor.

I love that this is a multi-stage filter in such a tiny space. I would highly recommend it!

Sensor Clips Redesign

The new design of the clips is great. They were very easy to install. However, for some reason the sensors are not picking up that the water chamber is empty. I have to tilt the cpap machine to get the CSpring to fill it If there is something I can do to remedy this, I would appreciate the help.
