Informal Negotiations
Due to the nature of our products, which are used in conjunction with CPAP or BiPAP devices, we offer a limited 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Given that our products are used in environments involving water and airflow, and may come into direct contact with PAP humidifiers and tubing, they are considered personal use items that can accumulate residue over time.
We cannot extend the warranty beyond 90 days because these products naturally experience wear and tear from daily use and may become contaminated over time. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been used.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues resulting from failure to follow maintenance instructions
If a product is found to be defective within the 90-day warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase for a replacement or refund, at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product before issuing a replacement or refund.
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each "Dispute" and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually.
