Product Safety & Care Guidelines

The CSpring Mk3® Automatic CPAP Water Chamber Replenishing System is designed to help maintain water levels in compatible CPAP humidifier chambers. Proper operation depends on correct installation, routine maintenance, periodic inspection, and use according to all provided instructions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that sensors, clips, tubing, water chambers, and related components are correctly installed and maintained. Improper installation, incorrect sensor placement, damaged or incompatible equipment, failure to replace consumable components, or failure to follow instructions may result in leaks, spills, overfilling, malfunctions, equipment damage, or other unintended conditions.

Before regular use, verify proper operation. Periodically inspect the system to ensure all components remain securely installed and function as intended.

By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge that using water near electrical equipment carries inherent risks and requires proper setup, maintenance, and monitoring.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSpring LLC is not responsible for damage to equipment or other property—including furniture, flooring, walls, or personal belongings—resulting from leaks, spills, overfilling, malfunctions, improper installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance, incompatible equipment, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions.

CSpring LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of the product.

By using this product, you accept responsibility for its proper installation, operation, maintenance, and inspection and agree to hold harmless and indemnify CSpring LLC from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to the provided instructions.

Nothing in these guidelines limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
