The CSpring Mk3® Automatic CPAP Water Chamber Replenishing System is designed to help maintain water levels in compatible CPAP humidifier chambers. Proper operation depends on correct installation, routine maintenance, periodic inspection, and use in accordance with all provided instructions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that sensors, clips, tubing, water chambers, and related components are installed and maintained correctly. Improper installation, incorrect sensor placement, failure to replace consumable components, damaged equipment, incompatible equipment, or failure to follow instructions may result in water leakage, overfilling, equipment damage, or other unintended conditions.

Before regular use, users should verify proper operation and periodically inspect the system to ensure all components remain securely installed and functioning as intended.

By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge that the use of water near electrical and medical equipment carries inherent risks and that proper setup, maintenance, and monitoring are required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSpring LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from misuse of the product, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modifications, use with incompatible equipment, or failure to properly maintain the system.
