Return Policy

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer support team at support@cspring.us to request a Return Authorization (RA) before returning or shipping any products back to CSpring.

Our warranty is guaranteed within 30 days of purchase. If any issues arise with your CSpring product that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will ship you a replacement unit along with a return label for the original item. For issues occurring within 12 months of purchase, you may send your CSpring in for repair; however, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, a 3-year extended warranty is available for purchase.
