Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@cspring.us to request a Return Authorization (RA) before returning or shipping any products to CSpring.
Customer may return CSpring products within 30 days from the date of purchase. For returns, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and restocking fees. Restocking fee is only applied when the item was originally shipped for free. If your CSpring product experiences an issue that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will send a replacement unit along with a return label for the original item.
If an issue arises within the standard warranty period of 12 months from purchase, you may send your CSpring product in for repair. In this case, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. We also offer a 2-year extended warranty available for purchase. CSpring warranty does not cover third party items and consumable items such as CPAP water chambers and sensor clips.
