For over a decade, I've needed to wake up several times a night to fill my Resmed water reservoir due to the dryness in phoenix az. That is no exaggeration. I would wake up due to a dry throat and tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth or cheek.
The whole operation was very disruptive for sleep.
The Cspring has changed all that. I was easy to set up, holds enough water to last for a week, is silent and has a nice night light to boot.
Working perfectly so far. Very convenient!
The refurbished/open box cspring I bought works great. There is one component that does not snap in place properly but that does not harm the operation of the machine. I saved 100 dollars so I can easily live with that component not snapping in because machine works perfectly.
I was having to fill my tank two to three times a night. Now it stays full all night. Money will spent.
I have high pressure so my bipap is moving a lot of air. I no longer run out of water in the middle of the night!!! I got my water chamber with the tray and the extensions so it sits on the floor next to my bed. IT WORKS PERFECTLY.!

it took a couple of time to get it to working right. It is great i do not have to wake up at 1am to refile the reservoir. Respiratory Therapist do not even know this exist at least mine didnt
I was very excited to receive my Cspring, hooked it up but the water tank leaked air. They provide you a modified water tank with input water hose and two sensor clamps. I emailed Cspring and they reponded ... like within 15 min of my email!! Replacement tank was sent quick and they gave me a return to send back the leaky tank. Plugged the new, new water tank and BAM! Sleeping like a charm ever since. Csprings consistantly keeps my humidifier water tank filled to at least the MIN line and I have yet to suck dry air since I bought it! A dream come true. Love the big 3-liter water tank it comes with. One thing to note, there is a light inside the white tank that glows "green" all night. The tank also has a night light feature you can tap on or off. But the green light inside the tank is always on (and visiable in a dark room). I sleep with my eyes closed and the light is very low, so not an issue. Ideally, I would suggest to Cspring to include a dark sleeve for folks that don't want the extra light, but that's a nit. Bottom line, LOVE IT!!
I had to write twice to the seller's "support" staff to get the thing set up, but it seems to work as expected. I'm not impressed, however, with the flimsy "clips" that are supposed to attach the two sensors to the CPAP's water tank. Assuming you can get them to work at all, they'll quickly become unusable when you have to disconnect the sensors to clean the system. They say the clips are consumable items that you can replace (at a price). Can you say "duct tape"?
I love using this washer for my mask. I wait until I have about four face shields on there then I start the process and just watch it go. It saves me time from hand washing them!
First, customer service is outstanding. Had a minor issue with water tank leaking air. But was replaced within a few days of letting them know. Now the device works like a dream and I don’t have to ever worry about running out of water again.
