Refund policy

Return Policy

Customers may return CSpring products within 14 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping to CSpring headquarters.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and include all parts. Customers must contact support@cspring.us to request a Return Authorization (RA) before sending any items back.

Once the returned items are received and inspected by CSpring, a full refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
