Replace your CPAP water chamber top lid with the one provided with your CSpring Mk3®, place the sensors on the chamber bottom, fill the CSpring Mk3® chamber with close to 3L of distilled water, turn it on, and it will begin working. What stood out most was your persistence and determination. At one point, I was convinced I had been scammed because I hadn’t received my MK3-C Spring. Prior to purchasing a Cspring M2, I was unable to sleep through the night because the water reservoir of my BiPAP was inadequate to last through the night. The additional length afforded by the extension hose allows for placement of the unit in a more convenient spot. Thank you CSPRING.

I have been on CPAP for nearly 20 years and have never achieved such relief as with CSpring MK3® Automatic Refilling System. The convenience of not having to refill the chamber each night is worth the investment alone. However, it goes way beyond. Not running out of water during the night is beyond comprehension. Dry mouth no more. Higher scores across the board with fewer Events is wonderful.

Notable was the support. There was a technical glitch, likely in the wiring, which took a very collaborative effort to track down and resolve. Much appreciated.

A Fresh, New and Clean Feeling

I now have washed my equipment in it four times, as the title says, a fresh new clean feeling. Does a very thorough job cleaning my hose, mask, and other pieces, leaving a fresh smell when using for first time.

Family came to visit recently and my mother in law (who is on CPAP) asked what the machine of for. I told her, she sounded skeptical about it, saying “a good way to share germs” I quickly pointed out it’s like a dishwasher did your equipment, instead of detergent it uses citric acid. Surprisingly, she changed her opinion really quick, I said “get your hose and mask”, I showed her how to use it, and asked the next morning “how was your mask (expecting criticism) she said “wow! A fresh new clean feeling”.

Absolutely! Our product maintains its functionality both below and above your CPAP/BIPAP level. To achieve this, please purchase the 4.5 hose and extension. They are specifically designed to facilitate this kind of setup.

☞ How long does the water in the CSpring last?

A standard ResMed water chamber for a CPAP machine typically holds approximately 0.38 liters of water. This means you could fill a 0.38-liter water chamber about 7.9 times with a 3L CSpring. This also might depend on factors like actual fill level each time, potential evaporation, or variance in the machine’s specific model.

☞ Does the CSpring MK3® work with BIPAP machines as well?

Yes! the CSpring Mk3® works with most BIPAP machines.

☞ Is the CSpring covered by insurance?

Please note that we currently do not accept insurance. However, you may be able to request reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. Typically, insurance companies require diagnosis codes and other documentation, which we are unable to provide as we are not healthcare providers.
