Yes, we offer a 90 day warranty on all of our products. We also offer extended warranties for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that CPAP water chambers and other consumables are not covered under warranty.

We truly value your satisfaction and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 14-day return policy. You may return the item within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been opened. This ensures that every customer receives a safe and hygienic product that meets the highest standards of quality and care. Due to the personal nature of this product and the hygiene considerations involved, The CSpring Mk3, the CSpring MINI, the Included PAP water chamber & accessories as well as the DeepClean Wand cannot be resold once opened.
☞ Does the CSpring Mk3® work with SoClean
Yes. We carry the CSpring/SoClean hose with adapter for Airsense 10, Aircurve 10 and Airsense 11. ****This adapter must be used with CSpring.
☞ Can you place the CSpring on the floor?
Absolutely! Our product maintains its functionality both below and above your CPAP/BIPAP level. To achieve this, please purchase the 4.5 hose and extension. They are specifically designed to facilitate this kind of setup.
☞ How long does the water in the CSpring last?
A standard ResMed water chamber for a CPAP machine typically holds approximately 0.38 liters of water. This means you could fill a 0.38-liter water chamber about 7.9 times with a 3L CSpring. This also might depend on factors like actual fill level each time, potential evaporation, or variance in the machine’s specific model.
☞ Does the CSpring MK3® work with BIPAP machines as well?
Yes! the CSpring Mk3® works with most BIPAP machines.
☞ Is the CSpring covered by insurance?
Please note that we currently do not accept insurance. However, you may be able to request reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. Typically, insurance companies require diagnosis codes and other documentation, which we are unable to provide as we are not healthcare providers. You will need to obtain this information from your CPAP prescriber. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm reimbursement eligibility prior to making a purchase.
