CPAP filter upgrade HEPA + activated carbon

Designed to support cleaner CPAP airflow with an advanced multi-stage filtration system. At its core is a true H13 HEPA filter, engineered to capture a high percentage of fine airborne particles like dust and pollen, paired with an activated carbon layer to help reduce odors.

Unlike standard flat filters, the ULTRA HEPA uses a pleated, high-surface-area design, allowing for efficient airflow while maintaining strong filtration performance. The result is consistent airflow without added restriction.

Key Features:

• Three-Stage Filtration System – an H13 HEPA core, Activated carbon , and HEPA fiber post-filter.

• High-Efficiency H13 HEPA Core Captures up to 99.95% of particles as small as 0.3 microns: dust, pollen, and other airborne particles.

• Activated Carbon Layer – Helps neutralize odors and trap larger particles extending filter life.

• Simple Replacement – Installs in seconds with no tools required. Designed to fit seamlessly with your CPAP.

BREATHE CLEAN, WHEREVER YOU GO

When you travel, you never know what the air quality will be like in hotels or rentals.

Upgrade your AirMini with a high-performance filter designed for travel. The CS Ultra AirMini Filter helps support cleaner airflow on the road.

• Engineered for travel: Precision fit for the ResMed AirMini, the world’s most popular travel CPAP.

• Advanced HEPA + activated carbon filtration: Capture airborne particles like dust and pollen; Reducing odors and common air contaminants.

Why Upgrade?

Standard OEM filters are designed to protect the CPAP machine — not your lungs. The CSpring ULTRA filter goes further, combining carbon + H13 HEPA + paper layers to remove 99.95% of fine particles, dust, and odors — giving you cleaner air with every breath.

HEPA 4-pack filter refill for CS Ultra Resmed CPAP

The CS Ultra HEPA Filter does not restrict airflow

The CS Ultra HEPA Filter does not restrict airflow under real CPAP conditions.

It works with the AirSense / Aircurve PAPs across the full pressure range.

In both passive and active use, breathing remained natural and unrestricted.

This filter is fully compatible with CPAP therapy and maintains user comfort.

Usage Notes:

  • Replace every 1–3 months, or sooner in dusty environments.
  • Designed as supplemental filtration. Not a medical replacement.
  • Not FDA-cleared; consult your physician before modifying CPAP equipment.

⚠️ Notice:

Key Features

Will this affect my CPAP pressure or therapy?

No. The CS Ultra mounts outside your CPAP’s air intake and does not interfere with internal pressure sensors or airflow delivery.

Does this replace my regular CPAP filter?

The CS Ultra provides advanced HEPA filtration at the CPAP air intake, which many users choose to use in place of standard internal filters. However, because every machine is different, we recommend reviewing your manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines before removing or discontinuing internal filters.

How do I install it?

Remove the existing air filter grill from your CPAP. The CS Ultra connects directly to the intake using the included adapter. Installation is quick, tool-free, and fully external.

Note: Always follow your CPAP manufacturer’s instructions regarding filter replacement or internal filter use.

Test DATA Summary: CS Ultra HEPA Filter vs. No Filter
