Great invention

The product is very useful, but the quick start guide that is talked about in your youtube video was missing from my box and I couldn’t find it online. The user manual was not clear and I’m not too sure I’m satisfied with where the s1 sensor is positioned, because I feel I get better humidification when the water chamber has water above the minimum mark

Great machine

Great machine, When it works. Support for this project is very hit or miss. First machine didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t turn on at all. Seems like quality control is very lacking when it comes to this product. Second machine turns on and runs fine. Other than the cords for the sensors don't screw in like they’re supposed to and power cord seems finitely when plugged in, but still runs fine. Both units came with black scuff marks on the inside like they were used before. Support as I said is very hit or miss, they did send a new unit out quickly but missing almost everything needed to run the second unit. No sensors/tank/tubing just the main tank, power cord and an extension cord for the sensor wire. Also was supposed to send a return postage but that is also missing. Over all if you get a unit that runs it is great, water stops at first sensor and is quiet when filling tank. The “tap” on and off is nice thought. If quality control was better and support is better definitely would have been a 5 star and worth spending the money. But still is worth the money if you get a fully functional system.
