I love the spill tray. When you remove the lid to fill the tank, the tray catches the water droplets that collect under the lid

This is a really good system for filling the tank but the on/off button is awkward or not a very good quality. When you push the button to turn it on, doesn't always go on so have to push it a second or third time. Of course the lighted button does tell you when it is on, but it is VERY bright. When you push the button again to turn off the light you have to push the button a couple of times and you can never be sure you didn't accidentally turn off the machine (which I have done.) To check, I tilt my CPAP slightly to make the pump kick on to verify it is on. We are rural and lose power occasionally so never know if the machine is off or ambient light is turned off until the tank goes dry in the middle of the night (I do the tilt test every night). I would have preferred a SMALL light that stays on to let you know the machine is on at a glance bright ambient light is on.
This works well. Not having to deal with empty water chamber everyday is really nice. Love this thing.
I recently began CPAP therapy. My setting is high enough that the small tank of water is mostly (or totally) dried out by the time I wake up. The great news is I am getting excellent sleep with the CPAP. But who wants to wake up with a dry mouth? The MK2 Automatic Refilling Machine is great. It is easy to setup and install. I initially had an issue getting the replacement tank seated properly. This was easily corrected. The machine is easy to fill, and it keeps my CPAP humidified so I wake up without feeling like I have stuffed cotton balls in my mouth all night long. I recommend this system for anyone needing CPAP.
CSpring product works as advertised. Shame on RESMED for selling such an expensive cpap with a wholly inadequate water chamber. Will still suffer on vacations NOT GOING TO CARRYING YOUR HUGE PRODUCT ALONG ON VACATIONS SHORTER THAN 2 WEEKS.

I recently gave a negative review about these sensors that I got with my machine and the company I since deleted that because the company outreached me and sent me for no cost new sensors that work absolutely flawless they are so much better and I thank the company for doing this and for not getting annoyed at my previous review thank you very much you are an honest sincere company that cares for your customers
I had a problem with the first machine I received and the company replaced it. Then the sensors went out and they replaced them also. This company does an outstanding job of product support.
This tool makes cleaning my CPAP tank and CSpring reservoir much easier. I am able to reach areas that I simply couldn't before. I will use this every time I clean.
