90 Days of Trusted Protection with Each Filter. Advanced 3-stage design. Delivers high-efficiency air purification.
Designed to support cleaner CPAP airflow with an advanced multi-stage filtration system. At its core is a true H13 HEPA filter, engineered to capture a high percentage of fine airborne particles like dust and pollen, paired with an activated carbon layer to help reduce odors.
Unlike standard flat filters, the ULTRA HEPA uses a pleated, high-surface-area design, allowing for efficient airflow while maintaining strong filtration performance. The result is consistent airflow without added restriction.
• Three-Stage Filtration System – an H13 HEPA core, Activated carbon , and HEPA fiber post-filter.
• High-Efficiency H13 HEPA Core Captures up to 99.95% of particles as small as 0.3 microns: dust, pollen, and other airborne particles.
• Activated Carbon Layer – Helps neutralize odors and trap larger particles extending filter life.
• Simple Replacement – Installs in seconds with no tools required. Designed to fit seamlessly with your CPAP.
When you travel, you never know what the air quality will be like in hotels or rentals.
Upgrade your AirMini with a high-performance filter designed for travel. The CS Ultra AirMini Filter helps support cleaner airflow on the road.
• Engineered for travel: Precision fit for the ResMed AirMini, the world’s most popular travel CPAP.
• Advanced HEPA + activated carbon filtration: Capture airborne particles like dust and pollen; Reducing odors and common air contaminants.
The testing shows that the CS Ultra™ HEPA + Activated Carbon Filter adds a much higher level of air filtration while still allowing the CPAP machine to breathe normally.
In simple terms, the filter is doing two important things at the same time:
1. It captures much smaller airborne particles.
The CS Ultra™ uses H13-grade HEPA filter media, rated to capture at least 99.95% of particles at 0.1–0.3 microns, which are extremely small particles. This is a major upgrade compared with a basic foam or mesh-style CPAP intake filter.
2. It does not meaningfully restrict airflow in testing.
The CS Ultra™ was tested on a ResMed AirSense 11 and compared with and without the filter installed. The test showed identical airflow patterns with no detectable pressure buildup or disruption during the tested baseline airflow condition.
That is what makes the CS Ultra™ such a strong upgrade: it improves filtration without creating the kind of airflow restriction users would worry about.
Test Conditions
• Machine: ResMed AirSense 11
• Sampling rate: 100 Hz
• Test Phases:
1. No filter, mask off
2. No filter, mask on
3. With CS Ultra HEPA filter, mask off
4. With CS Ultra HEPA filter, mask on
1. No Filter – Mask Off
• Free, unrestricted airflow
• Slight fan flow from the machine
• No added resistance
2. No Filter – Mask On
• Natural breathing cycles observed
• Inhalation and exhalation were strong and smooth
• Flow ranged from +40 slm to -100 slm
3. With CS Ultra Filter – Mask Off
• Airflow nearly identical to no-filter condition
• No meaningful pressure drop
• Excellent passive breathability
This test compares airflow on a ResMed AirSense 11 with the standard setup and with the CS Ultra™ HEPA Filter installed.
The key takeaway is how closely the airflow lines match. During the mask-on portion of the test, the CS Ultra™ airflow line follows the no-filter line so closely that the colors overlap and blend together, making much of the graph look like one single line.
That is a strong result because it shows the CPAP maintained its normal airflow pattern with the CS Ultra™ installed. In this test, the CS Ultra™ added advanced external filtration without creating a meaningful airflow restriction.
Compared with a basic OEM-style intake filter, the CS Ultra™ is designed to provide a major filtration upgrade with H13 HEPA media and activated carbon, while still allowing the CPAP to breathe normally.
Cleaner intake air. Normal airflow performance. A smarter upgrade for your CPAP.

Important Note: The CS Ultra™ is designed to filter incoming air before it enters the CPAP device. It does not replace normal CPAP cleaning or maintenance.
The CS Ultra™ upgrades your CPAP’s standard intake filter with a larger external HEPA + activated carbon filter. It is designed to help filter incoming air before it enters your CPAP machine.
Most OEM CPAP filters are small basic intake filters. The CS Ultra™ uses a larger pleated filter design with approximately 64.8 cm² of HEPA media surface area, plus activated carbon to help reduce odors.
The CS Ultra™ is designed to support airflow up to 100 L/min. In testing on a ResMed AirSense 11, airflow with the CS Ultra™ closely matched airflow without the filter installed, showing no meaningful airflow restriction in that test.
The CS Ultra™ is compatible with:
ResMed AirSense 10
ResMed AirCurve 10
ResMed AirSense 11
ResMed AirCurve 11
Yes. The CS Ultra™ is designed as an upgraded external intake filter system for compatible ResMed AirSense and AirCurve machines.
The CS Ultra™ uses H13 HEPA filter media with an activated carbon layer. The HEPA media helps capture fine particles, while the activated carbon layer helps reduce unwanted odors from intake air.
Replace the CS Ultra™ filter as needed, or sooner if it looks dirty, airflow seems reduced, or you are using it in a dusty environment. For many users, replacement every 1–3 months is a good general guideline.
No. The CS Ultra™ filter is not washable. Replace the filter when needed. Washing the filter can damage the HEPA media and reduce performance.
The CS Ultra™ helps filter the air entering your CPAP machine before it reaches your breathing circuit. It is not a medical treatment device and does not replace regular CPAP cleaning, maintenance, or your CPAP manufacturer’s instructions.
Yes. The activated carbon layer is included to help reduce unwanted odors from intake air.
Yes. The CS Ultra™ is designed for simple installation on compatible ResMed AirSense and AirCurve machines. Make sure it is properly seated before use.
